The Robert Mondavi Institute presents lectures that pair campus experts and researchers with industry thought leaders for talks on a wide array of topics relating to food and beverage sciences. TASTE, a fundraiser held each year in October, hosts local and regional wineries, eateries, and breweries for sips and bites of some of the area’s finest and most unusual foods and beverages. The institute's events provide a prestigious forum for discussion and public engagement, built around the mission of enhancing public understanding of wine, brewing, and food sciences.
