Kaylianne Jordan
Student Writer, Viticulture and Enology
Kaylianne Jordan is a junior transfer student studying Viticulture and Enology at UC Davis. She has a background in culinary arts and a passion for sustainable farming and enjoys exploring the connections between agriculture, winemaking, and community. Outside of college, she loves trying out new recipes, discovering local food spots, and spending time with friends in the outdoors.
Bianca Mojica
Student Writer, Food Science and Technology
Bianca Mojica is a third-year Food Science and Technology major who has been passionate about baking and recipe development since elementary school. As the secretary of the Food Tech Club, she enjoys connecting with fellow foodies and participating in club activities. On campus, she assists with Dr. Delarue's sensory science lab and sings with the UC Davis Lounge Lizards A Cappella group. When she's not studying or meeting with her clubs, Bianca loves to read, crochet, café hop, nap, and binge-watch TV shows. In the future, she hopes to continue working in the food research and development industry, bringing her creative passions to life.
