A series about the stories behind foods and drinks. At each event, we’ll welcome a winemaker, brewer, or culinary innovator for a tasting and conversation about how they got to where they are, and what inspires them to do what they do.

Presented by the Robert Mondavi Institute and UC Davis Library, this series pairs a faculty presentation on research outcomes and concepts, along with outside thought leaders, entrepreneurs, and policymakers who discuss their efforts in related arenas for evenings of illuminating discussion on some of the biggest topics in food and wine being studied at UC Davis today.

Hosted by the Robert Mondavi Institute, these talks cover an array of research and scientific advancements in the disciplines of wine, brewing and food sciences, as well as discuss the importance of UC Davis research to the food and beverage industry.
