Robert Mondavi Institute for Wine and Food Science

Welcome to the outreach office of the Robert Mondavi Institute. We host public programs and tastings highlight UC Davis research and innovation in wine, beer and food science.

If you'd like to explore the state-of-the-art RMI complex and facilities, explore the four blocks below for the Department of Food Science and Technology, the Department of Viticulture and Enology, and the two Centers for Excellence: UC Davis Olive Center and Center for Wine Economics.

Homecoming Spirit Week!

Aggie Spirit Week is a celebration of Homecoming, The Golden Society, Parent & Family Weekend, and campus-wide alumni events.
Beginning Oct. 11 - 16 festivities will be held across campus, including game nights, campus tours, events with Athletics, alumni parents, Aggie Spirits, and more.

Pajamarino!

Pajamarino is part of the homecoming celebration that has been around nearly 100 years! The tradition began in the 1930s, when students snuck out of their dorms in their pajamas to welcome alumni riding the train to Davis for Homecoming Weekend.

Our football team has been winning on the gridiron since 1915! The homecoming game draws a huge crowd and is usually against one of our regional rivals. Join us at one of the most unique football venues in the country for another great game!
