Celebrity chef and distinguished alumnus Martin Yan returns to UC Davis for a special six-course dinner and wine pairing. This exclusive event will showcase Chef Yan's amazing knife skills, and his personal recipes paired with four California wines from UC Davis alumni. There will be a live performance of Chinese classical music, and Chef Yan's autographed cookbooks will be available for purchase.
