Hilgard 631 is the home of UC Davis student-made wines. The new vintages will be released in June with a public sale on June 16, from 12:00 to 4:00 pm. More dates and information about the wines will soon be listed on the Hilgard 631website. All sales support student scholarship in viticulture and enology.
